About Us

We provide a new level of care for pregnant patients by combining handheld ultrasound and advanced doctor-patient software to improve maternal health outcomes

A company built from personal experience

Emagine Solutions Technology was developed from personal experience. Founder Courtney Williams was shocked at the lack of technology and data to assist high-risk pregnancies in her own family, not to mention in low resource settings around the world. She teamed up with medical software engineering expert Jose Luis Juarez to develop and build the FDA-cleared VistaScan handheld ultrasound device that is easily deployed in low-resource settings.

Courtney herself had a high-risk pregnancy and had no tools to communicate with her provider as she fell ill with preeclampsia. As a result of personal experience, the team discovered how handheld ultrasound, advanced software, and enhancing provider and patient communication can be a tool to drastically improve maternal health outcomes.
